What are Points?

Make your money go further with Current Points! Earn points by using your Current Build Card in-store and online for food and grocery purchases, which can later be redeemed in your Current account for cash back.

Earning Points

Who is eligible to earn points?

Only users who maintain eligible payroll deposits and have a Build card are eligible to earn points on food and grocery purchases.

How do I earn points?

Use your Build Card for food and grocery purchases at qualifying merchants. To see what stores are eligible for points, tap the Points icon on the Overview tab of the Current app. Here you can tap the buttons to open your default map app, presenting prefilled search queries for "Restaurants near me" and "Grocery stores near me". You'll automatically earn points on transactions made at the stores displayed on your map when you swipe your Build card. Our system automatically tracks and applies points to your account once a transaction is finalized and settled. Keep in mind that specific terms and conditions may vary between merchants.

Do I earn points on all of my purchases?

No, points are exclusively earned on food and grocery purchases made with your Build Card.

How long do pending points take to settle?

Pending points typically take 3-5 business days to settle, depending on the merchant. Once settled, you can redeem them. Please note that the final point amount might adjust slightly after the transaction is completely processed.

Redeeming Points

How do I redeem my points?

You can redeem your points for cash back by tapping the Points icon on the Overview tab. From there tap on the Redeem button at the top of the page.

What happens if I don't redeem my points?

Points that are not redeemed within one year of being earned will expire. Any points earned more than a year ago will be removed from your points balance on that expiration date.

Can I return/cancel a redemption?

Once Points have been redeemed, the transaction is final. We cannot return or cancel a redemption after it has been processed.
