If you've misplaced your card or it's been damaged, you can request a new one in the Card Settings section of the app for a $5 fee. Your new card will be shipped via USPS and can take up to 7-10 business days to be delivered.
Ordering a new card
- Tap Card Settings
- Tap Replace Card and follow the prompts to have a new card sent to you
Note: There is a $5 replacement fee for new cards. If you haven’t received your card within ten business days, please contact us by clicking here.
