If you've misplaced your card or it's been damaged you can request a new card in the Card Settings section of the app for a $5 fee.
Ordering a new card
- Tap Card Settings
- Tap Replace Card and follow the prompts to have a new card sent to you
Note: There is a $5 replacement fee for new cards. Your new card will be shipped via USPS and can take up to 7-10 business days to be delivered. If you haven’t received your card in this time frame, please contact us by clicking here.
