You can set Current as the destination for direct deposits from an employer or provider in the Current app or by providing them with your account and routing numbers. If you're a Premium member you'll have the added benefit of receiving your direct deposit up to two days earlier, depending on your provider.
To set up direct deposit in the app, follow the steps below:
- Tap your profile icon to access your account information
- Tap Direct Deposit
- Tap Add and follow the prompts in-app
Once you've completed the setup, we'll send your request directly to your employer or provider on your behalf. It may take up to two pay cycles before your direct deposit is available.

Our issuing bank is Choice Financial Group. You should use this as the bank name if required by your employer or provider, but if you have any issues with your deposit, you'll reach out to us here at Current.
