How do I file a Dispute?

To file a debit or credit card dispute, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Spending tab and select the transaction you want to dispute.
  2. Tap Report a Problem.
  3. Select File a Dispute.

Be sure to provide all relevant details and supporting documentation to help our team thoroughly investigate your claim.

Why was my card canceled?

My dispute was denied, how can I get documentation?

If your dispute was denied, you can request a copy of the documents or a written explanation detailing the final decision by emailing disputes@current.com.
