You can update your address directly in the app by following the instructions below:
- Tap the You icon on the bottom right-hand corner of the home screen
- Tap Personal Details found under Info
- Next to Address, tap Edit
- Enter your new address and tap Confirm
In some cases, you'll need to provide verification of the new address in the form of a document, we can accept any document from the list below:
- Lease Agreement signed within the last 12 months;
- An unexpired state-issued ID or license
- Utility bill dated within the last 2 months;
- Bank Statement dated within the last 2 months;
- Paystub or statement dated within the last 2 months
