You can update your address directly in the app by following the instructions below:
- Tap on Account
- Tap Personal Info
- Next to Address, tap Edit
- Enter your new address and tap Confirm
In some cases, you may be required to submit a document to verify your new address. We accept any document from the following list as proof of address:
- Lease Agreement signed within the last 12 months;
- An unexpired state-issued ID or license
- Utility bill dated within the last 2 months;
- Bank Statement dated within the last 2 months;
- Paystub or statement dated within the last 2 months
Note: All documentation must include the full the name of the account holder for verification and identification purposes.
