Your phone number is used to log in to your Current Account, so if you’re having trouble logging in then you may be using a phone number that isn’t on file for your account.
If you recently changed your phone number and experience trouble logging in, please click here and select Trouble Logging In to contact our team. If you use our Contact Form, you’ll receive an email with a request to confirm the following information:
- Your first and last name
- Your date of birth
- The mailing address on file for your account
- The old phone number associated with your account
- The phone number that you’d like to use
- The 3 most recent transactions you successfully made with your card.
- Your card's last 4 digits
