Current is now expanding our partnership with Cross River Bank to provide debit accounts for both new and existing users. If you’ve recently agreed to the new Account Agreement or are in the process of doing so, here’s what you can expect:
What’s changing with my account?
As an existing Current user, you will receive a new Account and Routing number issued by Cross River Bank.
Will my payroll deposits still arrive in my account?
Yes!
Do I need to notify my payroll provider about my new account and routing number?
We’ll update your payroll provider, but they may still reach out to you for confirmation that the changes are correct.
Where can I find my new account and routing numbers?
To locate your new account details with Cross River Bank:
- Tap on Account
- Tap on Account & Routing (top left of the screen)
What happened to my original account and routing numbers?
We can still process deposits and withdrawals as usual with your original account and routing numbers. To access this information:
- Tap on Account
- Tap on Account & Routing (top left of the screen)
- Click on the Question Mark icon (top right of the screen)
- Tap View next to Previous Account Information (bottom of the screen)
I have a teen account Too. Will my teen receive a new account and routing number?
Yes! Teens will also receive new account and routing numbers issued by Cross River Bank. To locate account details with Cross River Bank:
- Tap on Account
- Tap on Account & Routing (top left of the screen)
Should I start using my new account and routing numbers?
Yes, we recommend using your new account and routing numbers going forward. However, any existing deposits made with your old account and routing numbers will still be processed as usual.
