Your phone number is used to securely log you into your account and should always be kept up to date. When logging in, you'll receive a 2FA code that acts as your password and grants access to the account, you should never share this code.
If you recently changed numbers and are still logged into the app you can change your number by following the steps below.
- Tap into the Profile section of the app near the bottom right-hand corner of the home screen
- Tap Your Info
- Tap on your phone number and enter the new one
- You'll receive a code that will verify the number, enter it, and hit Save
If you have changed your number and no longer have access to the old number, please reach out to us by choosing "Change my phone number" here. You'll receive an email requesting you to verify some basic information about your account, please reply to it to the best of your ability. If you have trouble finding the email, please check your inbox's folders, including spam or junk.
Note: Your unique verification code is should be kept secure at all times. We will never ask you to provide this code or call you asking for any type of password for your account, do not share it with anyone.
