If your refund was sent by the IRS we will either credit your Premium account once we receive it, or if you're a Basic member you will be able to see the incoming deposit in your transaction history. If you tap the transaction from there you will be able to see the date the IRS has determined it will be available.
If you do not see the deposit and the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool (here) says it has been sent longer than 1 business day ago, reach out to the IRS for further assistance.
Please note, our support team will not be able to locate your refund if we have not received it from the IRS yet.
