If your teen lost their card or it has been damaged and you need a replacement, you can order a new one from within our app. To do this, follow these instructions:
1. Log into the Current app
2. Tap the teen's name whose card has been lost or damaged
3. Tap Account Settings
4. Scroll to the bottom of your screen and tap Lost Card
5. Choose the card color and tap on Replace
A few things to note: The card that is currently active will be immediately deactivated and will not work until you receive the new card. Any funds on the lost card will be moved to the new card when you activate it. Your new card will be sent to your address on file and you'll receive it in 7-10 business days. There is a $5 fee for each replacement card.
