If you or your teen forgot their PIN you can reset it directly within the app. Follow these steps to choose a new one:
- Log into your Current app
- Head to your Card Settings
- If you're a parent, you'll tap your teen's balance, then tap Card Settings
- If you're a teen, you'll head to your spending balance and tap the gear icon near the top of the screen
- Tap Reset PIN and choose a new 4 digit PIN number, you'll enter it twice to confirm it.
You can also call us at +1 (888) 851-1172 Monday-Friday from 9AM-6PM EST to reset it. Make sure you have the card with you when you call in.
