What if I'm locked out of my account or my account is suspended?

Current protects your account’s security by instantly locking your account if we suspect any fraudulent activity or activity that violates Current’s Terms of Service. When your account is locked, you will be asked to contact customer support. Customer Support can be reached by emailing or by submitting a request on our support page 

Unlock requests may take up to 72 hours to process. During this time, access to your account will be limited.
