Yes, you can use the Build Card to withdraw cash without fees at over 40,000 in-network Allpoint ATMs across the U.S. Out-of-network ATMs might come with additional fees. When using your Build Card at the ATM, be sure to select "credit" when prompted.
Keep in mind that you can only withdraw up to the amount you have in your available spending balance.
