Lost Card

If your card has been lost or stolen you can replace it directly from the app!. Before that, You'll want to pause the card. To begin, navigate to the Home Screen

  1. From the home screen select your teen’s Spending Account
  2. Click on the settings button at the top right of your screen and select Card Settings
  3. Press the green button to set the Debit Card to inactive

After you've paused the card click "Lost Card" and verified your address you can select "Order a New Card". The new card will arrive within 7-10 business days. 

Please note there is a $5 reissue fee.
