If your card has been lost or stolen you can replace it directly from the app!. Before that, You'll want to pause the card. To begin, navigate to the Home Screen
- From the home screen select your teen’s Spending Account
- Click on the settings button at the top right of your screen and select Card Settings
- Press the green button to set the Debit Card to inactive
After you've paused the card click "Lost Card". After you have verified your address you can select "Order a New Card". The new card will arrive within 7-10 business days.
Please note there is a $5 reissue fee.
