- From your Primary wallet, select the Transfer you wish to cancel from the transaction history section below your account balance. Transfers can only be canceled if they are initiated to or from your bank. Wallet to Wallet transfers cannot be canceled.
- Within the transaction, select the Cancel Transaction button
- If the transfer is recurring, go to Pending and click the Cancel button below that specific transaction.
Please note; all transactions are processed at 5:00pm EST on business days. Transfers cannot be cancelled once they are processed.
