Once you’ve contacted Support to dispute a Debit or Credit transaction on your Current card, you can easily check the status of your dispute directly from the app by following the steps below:
- Tap on Account
- Tap on Support
- Click on Disputes - from there you can view your open or past disputes.
Please note, that disputes have a maximum timeframe of 90 days to be completed. Most are resolved much sooner, but if you haven’t received an email update and it’s still within this timeframe - it simply means the dispute is still being investigated.
