How do I check the status of my dispute?

If you’ve disputed a card transaction on your Current card, you can easily track its status directly in the app by following these steps:

  1. Tap on Account
  2. Tap on Support
  3. Click on Disputes - from there you can view your open or past disputes.

You'll also receive email notifications and in-app alerts whenever there’s an update on your dispute.

Note: Only disputes related to debit or credit transactions will appear under the Disputes section. If your dispute involves a different type of transaction, please contact our Support team, and we’ll be happy to provide an update.

When can I expect my dispute to be resolved?

Disputes typically take up to 90 calendar days to resolve, though most are typically settled within 20 days depending on the complexity of the investigation and the timing of the merchant’s response.

Is there a quicker way to resolve my dispute?

If you reach out to the merchant directly, they may be able to cancel or reverse the transaction for you. However, if the merchant is unavailable or unresponsive, filing a dispute may be the best option to ensure a thorough investigation occurs.
